Shipping policy
Order Processing All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or UK public holidays. As our products are made to order via print-on-demand, please allow additional time for production before dispatch.
Shipping Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number where available.
Customs & Import Duties For international orders, customs fees and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. MIXMODE has no control over these charges.
